444ok Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Reading and understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations under this agreement accurately.

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active account on the 444ok platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently have a self-exclusion arrangement in place with 444ok or any other gambling platform covering the 444ok services.
• You have not previously had a 444ok account closed or suspended for a violation of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law for your personal use.
• You are not on any sanctions list or restricted persons list maintained by 444ok's compliance partners.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a 444ok account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must create a secure password that you have not used on any other platform.

By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 444ok platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If 444ok identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, and any bonuses credited to those accounts will be void.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

444ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Verification is required before processing withdrawals, after a Player has accumulated winnings above a defined threshold, or whenever 444ok's compliance team identifies activity requiring further scrutiny. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe (typically 72 hours from the request date) will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. 444ok may extend this suspension if documents are submitted but require additional review.

2.5 Account Currency

All 444ok accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) by default. Where a Player deposits using USDT (TRC-20), the value is converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation and credited to the account accordingly.

3.1 Player Responsibilities

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs within your 444ok account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and any changes made to your account settings. 444ok accepts no liability for losses or account activity that results from your failure to maintain adequate security for your login credentials.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including family members. If you have reason to believe that any third party has accessed or is aware of your account credentials, you must change your password immediately and notify 444ok support without delay.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

444ok strongly recommends that all Players activate SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. While 2FA is not currently mandatory, Players who choose not to activate it accept a higher personal responsibility for any unauthorised access that occurs as a result of credential exposure. 444ok's liability in cases of unauthorised account access where 2FA was available but not activated is limited accordingly.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

You must ensure that the personal information held in your 444ok account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or identification information change, you must update your account profile promptly. 444ok is not liable for failed communications, failed withdrawals, or compliance delays caused by outdated account information.

3.4 Device and Access Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the devices from which you access 444ok are free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised remote access software. 444ok recommends using a private, secured internet connection rather than public Wi-Fi when accessing your account or conducting financial transactions.

3.5 Notification of Suspected Breaches

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact the 444ok support team immediately via the live chat function. 444ok will temporarily freeze your account pending investigation and assist you in securing access. Please note that 444ok cannot reverse bets placed or withdrawals processed prior to the notification of a suspected breach unless clear evidence of fraudulent third-party access is established.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

444ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a person other than the registered 444ok account holder — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, 444ok will return the funds to the originating payment account and may suspend the 444ok account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to a Player's 444ok account within minutes of confirmation. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may require up to 24 hours depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to Players whose accounts are fully verified and whose Real Money Balance meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold. Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance have been satisfied. Pending bonus requirements will temporarily restrict withdrawal of the affected portion of your balance.

444ok aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one business day. In practice, mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically executed within hours of approval. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. USDT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Transaction Fees

444ok does not charge Players a transaction fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are the sole responsibility of the Player. For USDT transactions, standard TRC-20 network fees apply and will be deducted from the transaction amount.

4.5 Currency Conversion

Where currency conversion is required — primarily for USDT deposits and withdrawals — 444ok applies the mid-market exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. 444ok does not add a proprietary conversion margin beyond this rate. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time a Player initiates a USDT transaction and the time it is confirmed on the TRC-20 network are the Player's responsibility.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

444ok offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion and to these general bonus conditions.

Bonus Funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn as cash until the associated wagering requirement has been fully completed. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become part of your withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion's dedicated terms page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, the following general wagering conditions apply to all 444ok bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period.
• Wagers placed on certain low-margin games (including many live casino table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are stated per bonus offer.
• Bets placed with Real Money Balance are not counted toward Bonus Fund wagering requirements and vice versa.
• 444ok uses "bonus first" wagering — when both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are present in an account, Bonus Funds are wagered first by default.
• If a Player withdraws their Real Money Balance before completing the attached bonus wagering requirement, the remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

444ok monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, hedging bets to exploit bonus mechanics without genuine play intent, using automated software to farm bonuses, and exploiting errors or malfunctions in the bonus crediting system. Where bonus abuse is identified, 444ok reserves the right to void all bonus balances, forfeit derived winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotional Changes and Withdrawal

444ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively completing the associated wagering requirement, 444ok will honour the bonus for a reasonable period to allow the Player to complete the requirement, or will convert any remaining Bonus Funds to Real Money Balance at a fair rate at its discretion.

5.5 Seasonal and Event Promotions

Promotions tied to specific events — including BPL cricket fixtures, IPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and Pohela Boishakh — are available for a limited time only. These promotions are subject to their own specific eligibility criteria, which will be published on the 444ok promotions page in advance of the relevant event. 444ok does not guarantee the availability of any event-specific promotion in future years.

6.1 Game Fairness and RNG

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

Erroneous bets will be voided and the original stake returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

444ok's sports betting markets cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Specific market rules — including settlement rules for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments in weather-affected cricket, and rules for postponed or rescheduled events — are published in the sports betting rules section of the 444ok website. In the absence of a specific rule covering an edge case, 444ok's trading team will apply standard industry practice and their decision will be final.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

444ok offers live in-play betting on a range of cricket, football, and other markets. Odds on live markets fluctuate in real time based on match conditions. 444ok operates a "late acceptance" model for live bets, meaning that if a significant in-play event (such as a wicket falling in cricket or a goal being scored in football) occurs between the time a Player submits a bet and the time it is confirmed by 444ok's system, 444ok reserves the right to accept the bet at the post-event odds or to void the bet and return the stake.

6.5 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, all bets affected by the malfunction may be voided at 444ok's discretion and all stakes returned to Players. 444ok accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions, interrupted internet connections, server outages, or any other technical failure beyond its control. Players experiencing technical issues during a game session are advised to note the game title, session time, and any visible error message, and to contact support promptly.

6.6 Maximum Win Limits

444ok applies maximum win limits per bet and per day across different game categories. These limits are designed to ensure the financial sustainability of the platform and are published on the relevant game or sports market page. Where a Player's winnings from a single bet or session exceed the applicable maximum win limit, only the maximum limit amount will be credited to the Player's account. Any amount in excess of the published limit is forfeited.

7.1 Deposit Limits

All Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the Responsible Gaming section of the account settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a mandatory cooling-off period — typically 48 to 72 hours — before becoming effective. This delay is a deliberate safeguard against impulsive decision-making.

7.2 Session Time Limits and Reminders

Players can set a maximum session duration limit. When the session limit is reached, the Player will be automatically logged out. Additionally, 444ok displays session time reminders at regular intervals to keep Players aware of how long they have been active on the platform.

7.3 Time-Out Periods

A time-out is a short-term break from the 444ok platform. Players can activate a time-out lasting 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month from their account settings. During a time-out, the account is temporarily deactivated and no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Time-outs can be ended early by the Player after a mandatory review period.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclus ion is a longer-term measure for Players who feel they need an extended break from gambling. Players can request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, with options extending to one year, two years, five years, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period under any circumstances.

During a self-exclusion period, your 444ok account will be fully deactivated. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Minor Protection

444ok strictly prohibits account access by persons under 18 years of age. If you share a device with a minor, we strongly recommend using device-level parental controls and never saving your 444ok login credentials on shared devices. If you suspect that a person under 18 has accessed a 444ok account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

8.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444ok platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one 444ok account under any identity, email address, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 444ok to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to place bets, exploit bonus mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage — commonly referred to as "arbing" or "exploit farming".
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after the corresponding bet has been settled.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using the 444ok platform for any commercial purpose, including running a betting syndicate or reselling betting tips derived from platform access.

8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where 444ok identifies or reasonably suspects any of the prohibited activities listed in section 8.1, it reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice to the Player:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's account.
• Void all bets placed and forfeit all Bonus Funds associated with the account.
• Withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• Recover any funds from the account balance that are attributable to fraudulent activity.
• Report the matter to relevant financial institutions, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities where legally required.

444ok's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are made on the basis of available evidence and are final. The Player may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of being notified of an enforcement action. Appeals are reviewed by a senior compliance officer independent of the original decision.

8.3 Reporting Suspicious Activity

Players who become aware of or suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct by another user on the 444ok platform are encouraged to report it to the support team. All reports are treated confidentially. 444ok does not penalise good-faith reports, even where investigation concludes that no violation occurred.

9.1 Suspension by 444ok

444ok reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, where a security risk to the account or the platform has been identified, where a payment dispute or chargeback has been raised, or where the Player's account activity triggers an obligation under 444ok's anti-money-laundering compliance procedures.

During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Where the suspension is temporary and investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be made available. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the account may be permanently closed.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 444ok account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, 444ok will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining Real Money Balance to the Player's registered payment method and deactivate the account within five business days. Voluntary account closure does not entitle the Player to a refund of any losing bets or forfeited bonus funds.

9.3 Closure Due to Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Before closing an inactive account, 444ok will send a reminder notice to the Player's registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of the reminder, 444ok may close the account and, where required by its internal procedures, transfer any remaining balance to a designated holding account in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds protocols. Players may reclaim any balance from a closed inactive account by contacting support and completing re-verification.

9.4 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, due to breach, or due to inactivity — the Player's access to all 444ok services is terminated. All Bonus Funds are forfeited. All pending bets that were placed before the closure date will be settled according to their outcome, and any resulting winnings from pre-closure bets will be included in the final balance calculation. These Terms continue to govern the rights and obligations of both parties in respect of any activity that occurred prior to account closure.

10.1 Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444ok's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, any individual bet, or any use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the form of the claim — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise.

10.2 Excluded Losses

444ok shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of revenue.
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored in connection with your 444ok account.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the 444ok platform, including odds, statistics, game descriptions, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from interruptions in internet connectivity, device failure, or third-party service outages that are outside 444ok's direct control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

10.3 Platform Availability

444ok does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical events may cause temporary service interruptions. 444ok will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance via its website and, where possible, via registered Player email addresses. 444ok accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of planned or unplanned platform downtime.

10.4 Force Majeure

444ok shall not be in breach of these Terms, and shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance, where such delay or failure results from a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure, 444ok will notify affected Players as soon as reasonably practicable, will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service, and will settle any open bets in a fair and transparent manner once normal operations resume. Players whose accounts hold unresolved pending bets at the time of a Force Majeure event are entitled to request cancellation of those bets and return of the original stake if normal operations do not resume within seven business days.

10.5 Third-Party Services

444ok integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and KYC verification partners. 444ok is not liable for failures, delays, errors, or breaches attributable to these third-party providers, though 444ok will cooperate fully with Players to investigate and resolve any issues arising from third-party service failures where possible.

11.1 Right to Amend These Terms

444ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights, introduce new obligations, or change the conditions under which bonuses or withdrawals are processed — 444ok will provide at least seven days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by email to registered Players.

Where amendments are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a provision, or updates to reflect changes in third-party payment method availability — these may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the page hero section.

11.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance

Your continued use of the 444ok platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with section 9.2. 444ok recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current version.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Where possible, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444ok with respect to your use of the platform. These Terms supersede all prior representations, understandings, negotiations, and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
